Where We Work

Denver and the Front Range — and we will tell you if you are outside it.

Our estimate request asks for your address before it asks about your project, and that is deliberate. Service area is the first thing that decides whether we can help, so we would rather establish it in the first two minutes than after a site visit. If you are outside the area we will say so on the phone and, where we can, point you at someone who is not.

Travel time is not a small factor on a build. A crew that spends ninety minutes a day in traffic is a crew that is not on your house, and you end up paying for it somewhere — in the schedule, in the price, or in how often anyone senior actually shows up. Keeping a tight radius is how the same project manager stays across your job from the walk-through to the punch list.

Denver & the immediate west

Where most of our work sits — the older housing stock where additions, pop-tops and structural remodels make the most sense.

Denver

Additions, ADUs, whole-home remodels and structural work across the city’s older neighbourhoods.

Lakewood

Kitchens, pop-tops and whole-home remodels — two of our documented projects are here.

Arvada

Whole-home remodels, additions and ADUs, including a studs-up rebuild on this site.

Wheat Ridge

Ranch-house additions and pop-tops on generous lots with tight setbacks.

Edgewater

Small lots, small footprints — building up is usually the only direction available.

Golden

Hillside sites, foothill conditions and the engineering that comes with both.

South metro

Newer stock, larger lots, and a lot of unfinished basement space that was never permitted as living area.

Littleton

Whole-home remodels and large additions — including a two-phase 1,400 sq ft project documented on this site.

Englewood

Additions on existing foundations, including underpinning to basement level.

Highlands Ranch

Basement finishing, conforming bedrooms and kitchen reconfiguration.

Centennial

Interior renovations, layout changes and basement build-outs.

Lone Tree

Higher-spec interior renovations and structural layout changes.

Greenwood Village

Large-lot remodels, additions and custom work.

Cherry Hills Village

Substantial whole-home remodels and ground-up custom builds.

Parker

Basement finishing, additions and garage conversions.

Castle Rock

Additions, basement build-outs and custom home construction.

We also build outside the metro entirely where the project justifies it — the custom mountain home in Leadville is at just over ten thousand feet. If your site is unusual, ask. The answer depends on the project, not on a radius drawn on a map.

Why It Matters

Every one of these cities permits differently.

Front Range jurisdictions do not share a rulebook. Setbacks, lot coverage, ADU eligibility, egress-window dimensions, minimum ceiling heights for habitable basement space, whether a second storey triggers a full structural review — these vary by city, and sometimes by neighbourhood inside a city. A design that sails through in one municipality gets sent back in the next one over.

This is where most delays actually come from

Homeowners assume schedule risk lives in construction. Far more often it lives in the review cycle before construction — a plan set that did not anticipate a local requirement, resubmitted, re-queued, and four weeks gone. Knowing which building department wants what before the drawings are finished is worth more than any amount of speed on site.

What that means for your first call

When you tell us the address, we are not just checking whether you are in range. We are working out which jurisdiction reviews your project, what that department is likely to want, and whether the thing you are imagining is permittable on your lot at all. That is a far more useful first conversation than a ballpark price.
