We start every project with a virtual consultation. You'll meet with Charles Ruppert, our Estimator, to discuss your vision, goals, timeline, and budget — and determine if your project is a good fit before ever stepping onsite.

Our team visits your property to evaluate zoning, setbacks, structural constraints, and overall feasibility. We take measurements, photos, and assess the physical scope — ensuring what you want to build can actually be built.

Using Chief Architect, our in-house team brings your vision to life with architectural drawings and 3D renderings. Walk through your future space virtually, make revisions, and approve every detail before construction begins.

Our project engineer Luke handles all structural plans and submits them to the appropriate building departments for permitting. You won't touch a single form — we manage the entire process on your behalf.

Led by Construction Manager JT, your project moves into full production. We coordinate all subcontractors, inspections, and materials — with weekly updates so you're never left wondering what's happening on your site.

We schedule a final walkthrough to review every detail together. Punch list items are addressed promptly. You'll receive full guidance on maintenance and warranties so you feel completely confident in your investment.
