Step 1: New Construction Evaluation

We first get a clear understanding of your vision for your custom home. There are many factors to consider and we help you understand all of the options and ideas that are available. A blank slate can be daunting, but we are here to help.
Step 2: What are the codes and rules for your custom home in your municipality?

The next step is to get a clear understanding of the rules and codes that govern new construction. Rules often vary from city to city. We also will determine the access to utilities and water for your new home.
Step 3: Design

Upon completing a review of your design goals and vision, we create site plans, an initial floor plan and elevations. After getting this plan dialed-in we then prepare the visual plan.
Step 4: Construction Planning

Once we’ve finalized designs, we start to plan the construction of your custom home. In this stage, we determine time frames, order materials and gather necessary permits. We do the all the leg work for you.
Step 5: Let’s Build Your Custom Home

Now’s it’s time to watch your new home come to life! You’ll have a dedicated production manager, assigned specifically to your project. They will be there every step of the way to make the project fun and informative. We will also handle all inspections, all the way through final inspection and certificate of occupancy.
