Step 1: Consultation & Documentation of Project Specifications
Goal: Understand Your Project Objectives Result: Project Estimate
This is our first opportunity to meet with you face-to-face is in your home. We spend time concentrating on your desires, ideas and concepts for your home renovation or remodel improvements.
After discussing the your objectives, our professionals will explain what you can expect and will walk you through the typical project design/bid process. Once the primary specification objectives are defined, the cost becomes a focal point to ensure we create a scope that conforms to the targeted budget.
Upon completion of the initial consultation and specification collection, we will have the information required to begin the assembly of a comprehensive scope, design and cost of your project.

Step 2: Design & Planning
Goal: Define Design and Finishes Result: Fixed Price Contract
You will work with the AAA Home Improvements team to review design ideas and make interior finish selections such as carpet, tile, cabinetry, counter tops, fixtures, etc.
During the design and planning meeting, we create a three dimensional view of the remodel that will bring your design to life. Once all project requirements, such as project scope, timeline and costs, are established.
No matter the scope of the project, our goal is to ensure you obtain the exact design, finishes and cost that meets your budget before a final contract is drafted and we move to the next step.
AAA Home Improvements will then provide you with a fixed price contract, including a detailed scope of work and specifications, as well as a construction schedule.

Step 3: Implementation & Guarantee
Goal: Excellent Communication & Customer Satisfaction Result: Completed Project!
Prior to the start of construction, our Project Manager will do a site-walk to reconfirm scope-to-buildability.
AAA Home Improvements will then acquire and submit all the necessary documentation for required building permit(s). Every AAA project is assigned to one of our construction teams, led by a dedicated Project Superintendent.
The Project Superintendent is onsite regularly to ensure a problem-free project from start to finish. The Project Superintendent will routinely schedule meetings with you to guarantee that expectations are not only being met but exceeded; resulting in completion of every project on budget and on-time!
AAA Home Improvements provides an unmatched, one-year material and workmanship warranty/guarantee on all of our work. You also receive construction related documents (drawings and documentation regarding product warranty, maintenance information, product names, colors, etc.).
