Upon completing a review of your design goals and vision, we create site plans, an initial floor plan and elevations. After getting this plan dialed-in we the prepare the visual plan.

The visual design plan for your ADU includes selections of interior finishes like flooring, countertops and other materials to make your project unique. We work with dozens of vendors insuring you lots of design an pricing options.
Step 4: Construction Planning

Once we’ve gathered all the information and finalized your design, we will provide a detailed cost report for the project and timelines. Once you sign off, we begin purchasing materials and pulling permits for the project.
Step 5: Let’s Build Your ADU!

Now’s it’s time to watch your ADU come to life! Your production manager, assigned specifically to your project, will be there every step of the way to answer any questions you may have. They also handle all city code inspections until your certificate of occupancy is provided by the city.
