Prior to the start of construction, our Project Manager will do a site-walk to reconfirm scope-to-buildability.
AAA Home Improvements will then acquire and submit all the necessary documentation for required building permit(s). Every AAA project is assigned to one of our construction teams, led by a dedicated Project Superintendent.
The Project Superintendent is onsite regularly to ensure a problem-free project from start to finish. The Project Superintendent will routinely schedule meetings with you to guarantee that expectations are not only being met but exceeded; resulting in completion of every project on budget and on-time!
AAA Home Improvements provides an unmatched, one-year material and workmanship warranty/guarantee on all of our work. You also receive construction related documents (drawings and documentation regarding product warranty, maintenance information, product names, colors, etc.).
